Terms of Use for Deep Clean Pros

Welcome to www.deepcleanpros.ca (the “Website”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Website and any services booked through it. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

  1. Use of the Website You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Website in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or municipal laws in Canada.

  2. Booking & Services All cleaning services are provided subject to availability and confirmation. Quotes are estimates; final pricing may vary based on the scope of work, property size, condition, and location within the Greater Toronto Area. A signed service agreement or confirmed booking constitutes a binding contract.

  3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other methods listed on the Website. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.

  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows are charged in full.

  5. Client Responsibilities You must provide safe access to the property, disclose any known hazards, and ensure utilities are functioning. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if the property is unsafe or excessively cluttered beyond the agreed scope.

  6. Liability & Insurance Deep Clean Pros carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed to us. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

  7. Intellectual Property All content on the Website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Deep Clean Pros or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

  8. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with PIPEDA and other applicable Canadian privacy legislation.

  9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

  10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
